NO.  Since there will be alcohol in the home I'm required to show proof of age of all guests to be over the age of 21.  That means no children or friends under 21 years old.  Yes, I feel awkward asking for copies of your drivers license but it is what it is!

50% Deposit will be paid immediately via facebook to hold your spot.  This deposit is non-refundable.

 The other 50% will be invoiced to you right after the initial deposit is made.  You will need to be paid in full on or before April 12th, 90 days before the event.  If you have not paid your second deposit in full by April 12th, you forfeit your initial deposit and will not receive a refund.

Don't make me be an asshole and have to resell your room with zero refund.  Do the right thing.

We will have 3 bedrooms which will have up to 2 people per bedroom.  We have 3 Off-Site Attendee spots.  Maximum including River will be 10 people.

In the case of a two-person room, ONE person will be responsible for all payments.  I will NOT invoice two people.  This is done for my sanity and because I do not want to get involved.  The person who makes the reservation has the reservation for the room, they have the final say on who that second person is, so if they have a falling out with their roommate they can deal with it without me. ;)

 Please note: If you plan on having two people and then change your mind, there is zero refund for the second person.  I will be making plans based on having extra people, and it's up to you to deal with your room situation.

These are uncertain times and I cannot predict what will happen in July.  Unless Air BnB gives me a refund (and their policy is no refunds) I will not be able to get back any money I've invested.  Please consider this when booking.  If for some reason you cannot attend you are welcome to sell your spot to a grooming business owner who is over the age of 21 and let River Lee know a minimum of 30 days prior to the event of the change.

I will be getting a list together of foods likes and dislikes.  My plan is to have breakfast foods (bacon, eggs, sausage, and types of breads) in the fridge to make as you see fit.  Also, we will have a minimum of 2 dinners served, possibly 3 depending on if people will be going out to eat or staying in.  There will also be some bottles of wine and spirits available to enjoy.
