When Grooming Clients Are A Bad Match

If you have a client whose soulmate groomer is the kind of groomer who will not tell them what to do. I hate to use doodle owners but let's say a doodle owner because a lot of doodle owners are some of the most difficult clients to deal with because a lot of times we're not listening to their needs. This doodle owner - do they want to brush their dog or not? Are they honestly going to brush their dog or not? That's the age-old question. With that, if their ideal groomer will just take their dog in and groom it and not educate them just fix it, then the groomer that wants to show them how to brush the dog out how to maintain the coat that's a bad match.
